The National Museum of the Romanian Peasant is pleased to announce the establishment, starting in August 2021, of the Peasant Museum Association! The President of the Peasant Museum Association is the architect Augustin Ioan, university professor and writer.

The Peasant Museum Association is a non-governmental organization whose objective is to provide moral and financial support to the Museum at Şosea. Friends of the museum – individuals and legal entities – who are eager to get involved, help, support, donate, find solutions or put ideas into practice so that the museum’s activities can gain more visibility and participation, while also ensuring the promotion of the Romanian historical and cultural identity are invited to join the association and support its activity. In this regard, the Association has also opened an account, in which contributions can be deposited by those who want to support the activity of the Association and, implicitly, the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant: RO16CECEB00030RON2151743, opened at CEC Bank.

We hope that the new association, which aims to support the activity of the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant, will also be able to become a bridge between the Museum and our public.
